Computational Embryo Model

In collaboration with Ali Brivanlou and Benoit Sorre at the Rockefeller University

The micro biological world operates on a set of dynamic principals that are difficult to understand through observation alone. In this context, computational models have helped researchers simulate these dynamic systems to gain a deeper understanding of how they operate and test out their theories 'in silico'. The goal of the ADVP is to work with cutting edge technologies in both multi-camera imaging and algorithms for 3d reconstruction to create dynamic models that navigate scale and see the complex, dynamic physical world in a way that was not possible before.
